MBG2 - This graduated set of FOUR Medium Hard Marimba Mallets comes on handles made of north-American birch (16”L x 5/16" diameter). The NEW “cherry satin” finish has a non-slip grip and keeps the handles looking like new for years. A NEW color-coding system distinguishes the bass, mid-range, and soprano mallets for ease of set-up. Wrapped and sewn with European wool & nylon blended yarns (in off-white), these mallets offer both durability and minimal contact noise. This set works well for solo marimba repertoire in the lower to upper ranges and have a warm tone with a medium hard attack. Designed and hand-crafted in the USA. |

Marimba Models come in pairs or as a set of 4 (Graduated). Pairs come standard in No. 1 red, No. 2 blue, No. 3 green, and No. 4 yellow. Graduated sets are made standard in off-white. Handles are 5/16" in diameter and come in a choice of solid North-American birch or select rattan cut to 16 inches in length. Yarns are European made wool and nylon blends, which offer both durability and minimal contact noise.
